Pssst . . . Want to Come to a Party? . . . and How is Anthology #9 Really #7?

The 7th SoWest anthology from the Desert Sleuths is out and my story, “The Backpack,” is one of the 24 in it. Many Sisters in Crime chapters have an annual anthology, often timed to launch at their annual conference. My first chapter, New England, does that with its Best New England Crime Stories series.

Amazon lists SoWest: Love Kills as the 9th anthology, which is accurate, but it’s the 7th in the SoWest series. And what a series. The Desert Sleuths first two anthologies, How NOT to Survive the Holidays, followed by How NOT to Survive a Vacation, in the third year were launched as SoWest followed by a thematic element: So Wild, Desert Justice, Crime Time, So Deadly, Killer Nights, Lady Killers, and this year’s Love Kills. You can find them all on the Desert Sleuths Amazon page.

Feel the desert heat!

I like the ring of the series, don’t you? For a bundle of trouble to tuck into your Kindle or tote, head on over to the Desert Sleuths’ Amazon Author page and pick up the latest, SoWest: Love Kills, and maybe another one or two in the series. You won’t be disappointed.

AND, come to our SoWest: Love Kills Facebook Launch Party this Friday, September 10th, where the authors will be dropping in throughout the day to post and chat with you. I’m set to chat at 5:30 pm, but all the authors will be in and out periodically. See you there!
